My Story
After my spiritual awakening with plant medicine in 2017, I was drawn to energy healing. I started learning Reiki and then discovered Pranic Healing and immediately fell in love with this energy healing modality!
As an empathic, highly sensitive soul, I’ve been on a journey of releasing layers of fear, stress, trauma, insecurities and self-doubt that’s held me back from making progress in my healing business and my dream life.
With the support of Pranic Healing, energy shifting techniques, my spiritual practice Arhatic Yoga and my spiritual teacher, Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, I’ve experienced big shifts in my confidence, self-love, boundaries and self esteem– which has allowed me to shine in my business and abundantly serve more souls with my unique healing gifts!

My Accelerated Healing Approach
Working with clients since 2017, I’ve found clients experience the biggest transformation when they receive weekly Pranic Psychotherapy sessions and also do inner work and take aligned action in their soul-aligned business or mission.
Pranic Psychotherapy sessions provide deep mental, emotional and spiritual healing.
In each energy healing session over Zoom, layers of negative beliefs, thoughts, emotions and energies are removed from the chakras, aura and energy system.
Then, you are energized with fresh life force energy of the frequency you want to be feeling – confident, worthy, abundant and aligned with your soul purpose! Each session goes a layer deeper.
In between healing sessions, clients can enhance their transformation by doing inner work such as emotional processing, journalling and reflecting on their soul lessons.
They can also practice positive thoughts, emotions and frequencies to step into a new self-concept and start attracting a new reality. Tools are provided in each service for guidance and support.
As they start to feel lighter and more aligned with who they’re becoming, they also get crystal clear on their highest goals, make a strategic plan and follow through with joyful, inspired action as they lovingly serve their audience with their unique gifts!
By combining energy and action, they can make real breakthroughs in their soul purposes and serve more people with their unique gifts. In return, they can also open themselves up to receive greater abundance and support.
