Chase the Life Force! When It's Time to Close One Chapter and Start a New One

Unsure which direction to take, whether to stay or go?

Make a change or keep doing what you've been doing?

Chase the life force!

Choose the path that makes you feel revived, alive and excited again about waking up in the morning.

Follow the direction that fills you up  with more love, hope and light!

Are you in a period of transition? If so, this is for you.

My Big Transition

Clearly, I’ve been in the midst of a big transition in my life since this lesson is coming up so strongly, lol.

I’ve chosen to stay in an environment and situation that has lost its life force when I experience it.

It feels dead to me, like there's nothing left there for me. It's like holding a dead flower, or the skeleton of something you once loved, hoping to squeeze out more of the life, joy and love you felt when you first experienced it 💀

Have you ever experienced this before?

If something feels dead, it most likely means you’re meant to let it go.

This phase will probably come after all of the times you’ve tried to make it work— but you just find yourself changing yourself in order to fit something that isn’t working for you anymore. For me, I’ve tried so many times to make it work, to change my perspective, but it never works because it’s not supposed to work anymore.

This autumn hike I took near Frisco, Colorado reminds me of the natural cycles of growth and decay. We have to respect those cycles in own lives, too.

If you've reached a point where you're tired of trying different strategies and coping mechanisms just to hold onto the comfort and stability of something you've known so well—maybe it's time to acknowledge that this chapter has come to an end.

Yes, it’s sad. Yes, it’s emotionally hard to let go and move on. You’ll probably experience fear, grief, anger, bargaining with yourself to continue with the thing as you take action and really make that change. It’s far more easy to stay, but you’re tired of suffering.

What have you been holding onto that you’re finally ready to let go of after trying to make it work?

This is a Sign from your Higher Soul

But here’s the silver lining: I believe this is a HUGE sign that your higher soul wants you to move on because there’s something better for you in the distance that you can’t see quite yet.

Double rainbow in the sky in Denver

I saw this double rainbow outside of the situation I’ve been talking about after I had decided this chapter was complete. Super beautiful.

There’s no more life in that situation anymore because your time there is complete. Your energy is telling you to move on.

You have to trust your intuition and the way certain situations make you feel because they are direct communication from your higher soul!

Your higher soul has an eagle-eye view of your life, where you are now and where you must go to experience what you want to experience in this life.

You have to follow your heart, your joy and your excitement so that you follow the path your higher soul wants you to go.

What path fills you with more joy, excitement and life force energy?

When you resist the path that feels more life-giving to you, you will struggle. You won’t feel good. You’ll feel stuck.

So step into the flow of life, that flow of life force energy that will take you on a wild adventure towards the things that make your heart sing!

Have faith and trust the process. You have to be brave; you have to practice courage everyday.

Right now, as I make the decision to end one chapter and start another, I can’t see where I’ll end up. I don’t know what the final destination looks like.

But I do know that it feels really good to step forward. Despite the grief and sadness of closing the door on  a chapter of my life that lasted seven years, I’ve had to practice faith that following my joy and excitement will deliver me to a more fulfilling, joyful chapter that I can’t quite see yet.

Between the gorgeous nature, sheep, sun and blue sky, this day at Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia reminds me that there’s many life-giving days to come.

I feel fear; grief; anger; sadness— but also more love, lightness, life force energy, creativity and the desire to have more fun again! I feel lighter and younger in my spirit than I have for a very long while.

What step would take you more into the direction of your heart and dreams? Have faith and take it!

How Pranic Healing Can Support You Through Big Life Transitions

One thing that’s been helping me a lot through the rollercoaster of emotions is self-healing.

I’ve been doing more Pranic Healing on myself. During times of overwhelming fear, doubt and anxiety as I navigate this change, I do a Pranic Psychotherapy session on myself to clear away layers of these heavier emotions and thoughts.

After the healing, I feel lighter, more grounded, clearer about the path forward and more confident in taking the uncertain— yet life-giving— path forward.

You can embody that energy of lightness, creativity, fun and joy again— and then see when you begin to notice. Baltimore, Maryland.

Beyond helping us process the difficult emotions that arise during transitions, Pranic Healing can also support us energetically as we shift into a new version of ourselves.

These transitions can be painful because we're letting go of old parts of ourselves and our identities that no longer serve us. We're literally morphing into a slightly different person!

With Pranic Healing sessions, it’s easier to let go of those parts of yourself and your life that you’re being asked to let go of so you can make room for the new things to flow into your heart and your life. You can let go with more peace, gratitude and ease. It can make the process more smooth, less painful and more swift.

I’ve witnessed this with my own clients, too. Marina shared after our healing work together: "I was able to begin letting go of a lot of things that I have been holding on to for years, emotionally, physically, and energetically."

It’s so beautiful watching people step into a new identity that’s calling them forward. As you step into that next, up-leveled version of yourself, you may begin to notice your outer life shifting to reflect your new energy.

Gradually, things that no longer align with you begin to fall away, while new experiences and opportunities flow in.

If you’d like support with letting go of what no longer serves you so you can fully embody who you’re becoming with more peace, ease, courage and clarity, I’d be honored to support you with one-on-one Pranic Healing sessions.

Wishing you so much courage, self-compassion and love as you bravely make the changes that bring your life into greater alignment with who you've become 🥰
