Experiencing another disappointment in building your soul business, soul purpose or your dream life?

Maybe you’ve had some slow weeks. Or missed an opportunity. Or fell short of your big goal.

I’m so sorry! I get it. When you experience a misalignment between what you’re feeling/expecting and what you actually experience— it can be so jarring.

I experienced a disappointment this week in my own healing business. Here’s the short version…

I’ve been really good at practicing a more abundant, confident mindset and energy. I’ve been doing my daily affirmations, visualization practice, and weekly self- healings— and feeling genuinely amazing in growing my soul business.

I had a consultation call with a potential client I was super excited about connecting with! We seemed to be well-aligned.

Well, it ended up being a no show.

Of course, that happens and it’s not a big deal. We move on. BUT I still felt disappointed! I really wanted to connect and help this person move forward in their soul business.

I was thinking a lot about the energy and experience of disappointment this week. What it is, what it means and how to shift it.

I started thinking… maybe it’s actually an opportunity in disguise!

Your disappointment could actually be a gift from the Universe!

Have you considered that your disappointing result could actually be an opportunity to make you stronger and more aligned with your soul purpose?

That your disappointment is actually an essential step on your path forward towards more fulfillment, freedom, abundance and love?

If you choose to shift your perspective, you can actually transmute your disappointment into spiritual and energetic gold! You can use it to realign your energy, mind and emotions with your soul business and soul purpose. Here’s how.

Four Spiritual Ways to Transform Your Disappointment into Alignment with your Soul Purpose

#1 Did you learn something from it or get more clarity on what you really want?

From your disappointing experience, did you learn something important from it? Did you refine your skills and prepare yourself for future success in the process?

Then this was a necessary step in your journey forward in reaching more people with your passion and skills!

Also, did it give you more clarity on what you don't want and what you do want? If so, that clarity is so sacred! Clarity takes you one step closer to a refined version of your dream life that you didn’t have before.

For example, I clarified that I want to attract committed clients ready for big transformation! Not hesitant ones. It made me clarify exactly who I want to attract with my services. For that, I am grateful!

#2 Your seed is still sprouting— recognize the lag time for your manifestation

Things take time to manifest in the physical world! There is a gestation period of your idea and vision. The bigger your dream, the more time it can take because there are more moving parts that need to come together for it to happen.

View this experience as part of a “waiting period” or lag time. Know that the Universe is organizing all of the moving parts, cooking up your manifestion for you to experience in your 3D reality (not just your imagination).

You’ve planted the seed and you’ve been watering it— just chill and give it a little more time to sprout.

Continue showing up consistently, taking aligned action, staying positive and focused— and before you know it, you’ll start to attract more and more of your audience, visibility, abundance and opportunities!

#3 Use it to strengthen your faith in the Universe and your dreams

Times of doubt and disappointment can be a test of faith. It can be an opportunity strengthen and reaffirm your faith—making it even stronger and unshakable than it was before!

Faith in the Universe, in yourself and your dreams is absolutely necessary for experiencing a higher, more aligned version of your soul business or soul mission.

Ask yourself: Do you really believe in the miracles of the Universe? Do you believe you’re actually being supported by the Divine, even when you’re not seeing things immediately come through for you?

Do whatever you have to do at this time to spiritually connect to your higher soul and your chosen concept of the Universe.

I’d recommend meditation, journalling, prayer, doing a ceremony or your own spiritual practice or saying an affirmation throughout the day, like “I am abundant and successful. I am connected and supported by the Universe at all times.”

What would help you realign with your own divine nature, feeling like you’re just an extension of source energy? Knowing that everything is possible for you as a divine creator? Do it today!

#4 Use it as a way to reaffirm your divine worthiness

It’s so easy to doubt ourselves in times of disappointment, am I right?!

Thoughts like "Do I have what it takes,” “Can I actually do it” and “Am I worthy enough to experience this?” are really common during darker times.

So, this is an EXCELLENT time to reaffirm that yes, you are capable, you do have what it takes and you are so worthy of the abundance, success, freedom and fulfillment you dream of!

If your heart yearns for it, it means that it’s meant for you. You can’t imagine something without being able to experience it in the 3D.

You were born with special gifts and passions that you’re meant to share with the world. The value and medicine you offer your audience can support you and the life you envision for yourself.

Any doubts are just old limiting beliefs coming up. Old programs of fear and scarcity that you absorbed from your family, school, communities and society growing up. But as an adult, you have the power to reject these old belief systems and start practicing more empowering ones.

Reaffirm with yourself right now— “Yes, I am SO worthy of what my heart wants. I have what it takes. This is meant for me!”

Allow this empowering energy into your heart, feel it and own it 🩷 Believe in yourself!

Never Give Up On Your Soul Mission and your Dreams!

It’s easy to get so discouraged during times of disappointment and give up on your soul business or soul mission. But don’t do it!

The next level is so much closer than you think. That version of your business exists right now as an energetic form in the energy world, gaining movement and energy as it begins to manifest through you into your 3D reality.

Keep showing up with patience, faith, hope and the belief that you’re so worthy and it’s coming for you! It’s just a matter of time.

Stay connected to your soul purpose and let it lead you through your heart. Serve your audience with love, passion, authenticity and truth.

Take action everyday that feels joyful, exciting and aligned! In this way, you create the channels in the physical world for all the abundance, people and success you desire through your business or mission.
