Each 90 minute session is conducted live over Zoom.
The first 15 minutes is for connecting and holding space for you.
The next hour is for the Pranic Healing session where you can lie down and stay connected.
The final 15 minutes is for you to share your experiences and for Suzie to share any helpful intuitive messages.

In the healing guide included in this service, you’ll receive recommended energetic techniques to practice in between sessions and guided questions to help you clarify your goals, make a plan and take real action.
These sessions are meant to help reduce your fear and resistance, while helping you feel more empowered, courageous and aligned with your heart-centered goals.
It will feel easier to take that next big step— but ultimately, you are the one that has to take it. Depending on your needs, Suzie is happy to be your support, cheerleader and/or source of accountability.

Sometimes this can happen. There can be an “energy detox” within the first few days after the session.
This is normal and indicates that lower frequency energies, emotions and old beliefs are leaving the energy system. Before they leave, they become more magnified in your awareness. After they leave, you feel more light and clear.
In the healing guide, there are recommendations you can follow to help ease this releasing process. You are also welcome to contact Suzie for support.

It depends on how strong your fear is.
This three session, three week container is meant to help you overcome more recent fear holding you back from taking the next step, whatever that is for you.
Your fear energy will be reduced with each session and your courage, power, excitement and joy to serve will be increased so it’s easier to get unstuck and finally take action.
However, if you have more of a “phobia” or deep-seated fear that you’ve had for a long time, more sessions are recommended— the transformational energy healing program would be better suited for you.
