Each 90 minute session is conducted live over Zoom.
The first 15 minutes is for connecting and holding space for you.
The next hour is for the Pranic Healing session where you can lie down and stay connected, although you don’t need your video on or have the video on you if you don’t feel comfortable.
The final 15 minutes is for you to share your experiences and for Suzie to share her experience in the healing and any helpful intuitive messages.

Sometimes this can happen. Each person and healing is unique.
Sometimes there is an “energy detox” that can happen within the first few days after the session as previously stuck energies shift.
This is normal and indicates that lower frequency energies, emotions and old beliefs are leaving the energy system. Before they leave, they become more magnified in your awareness and consciousness. After they leave, you feel more light, clear, confident and grounded.
In the healing guide, there are recommendations you can follow to help ease this releasing process.
